beFINE Sports & Spa (Hotel Titanic Chaussee)

Sports and spa club of around 3,000 square metres behind the Hotel Titanic on Chausseestraße, with an oriental hamam, Finnish sauna, steam bath and an indoor pool under a glass roof. The day ticket for external guests costs €49 including towels, and Aufgüsse (heat rituals with infused water and towel waving) take place daily from 13:00. The sauna cabin and showers are nude (no swimwear), and electronic devices stay outside.

Good to know for your first visit

This is a textile-free sauna. Always sit on a large towel, feet included.
Your phone stays in the locker.
Be on time for the Aufguss and stay till the end if you can. If you need to leave, go before the towel waving.
Shower and dry off before your first round, you sweat better when dry.
Drink water between rounds and take your time to rest.
