Pool and sauna area in the centrovital hotel in Spandau with four saunas, including a log-cabin sauna on the roof terrace with a view over the Havel, plus a steam bath, an ice igloo and a 25-metre pool. Day guests can come without registering in advance, the saunas are nude (no swimwear) and phones stay outside. Two hours cost €18 on weekdays, the day ticket €30, or €33 at weekends.

  • This is a textile-free sauna. Always sit on a large towel, feet included.
  • No booking needed, just turn up.
  • Your phone stays in the locker.
  • Be on time for the Aufguss and stay till the end if you can. If you need to leave, go before the towel waving.
  • Shower and dry off before your first round, you sweat better when dry.
