Fitness club on Friedrichstraße near Gendarmenmarkt whose wellness area can be used with a day ticket for €29: Finnish sauna and steam sauna in the mixed area, separate saunas for women and men in the changing rooms, plus an 18-metre pool and a whirlpool. There are three Aufgüsse (heat rituals with infused water and towel waving) on Thursday evenings. Non-members buy the day ticket online in the Holmes Place shop (choose the club "Berlin – Gendarmenmarkt"); a confirmation email follows, through which you book your preferred day. The ticket is valid for one day and includes the training area, classes, pool, sauna and spa · according to the house rules, guests should register their visit at least 24 hrs in advance, otherwise they may be turned away when the club is busy · entry from 16 years with parental consent · towels at reception for a fee (large €2.50, small €1.00), you can also bring your own sauna towel · phones not allowed in the pool and sauna area, no photos in the wellness area · treatments (massages etc.) cost extra
