Small Finnish sauna in a physiotherapy practice on Eckertstraße near Frankfurter Tor, with Aufgüsse (heat rituals with infused water), colour therapy and a relaxation area. It can only be booked by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two to four people, and is heated up from two guests, who do not need to know each other. Up to three hours cost €25 per person, and you bring your own towels and drinks.

Good to know for your first visit

  • Book a slot in advance, walk-ins are often full.
  • Be on time for the Aufguss and stay till the end if you can. If you need to leave, go before the towel waving.
  • Shower and dry off before your first round, you sweat better when dry.
