Small day spa in the Spirit Yoga studio in Zehlendorf, housed in the former Imperial Post Office near Zehlendorf S-Bahn station. There is a Finnish dry sauna at 80 to 90 °C, where guests trigger the Aufguss (heat ritual with infused water) themselves at the push of a button, and a generous relaxation room; sauna and massage can be combined with a yoga class. Three hours in the sauna cost €22 including a towel, and Friday is women-only day.
