Good to know for your first visit
- Swimwear or not depends on the area. Look out for signs on site.
- Be on time for the Aufguss and stay till the end if you can. If you need to leave, go before the towel waving.
- Shower and dry off before your first round, you sweat better when dry.
- Drink water between rounds and take your time to rest.
