Sauna and fitness club on Müggelseedamm in Friedrichshagen with around 600 m² of wellness space on two floors, a Finnish sauna, steam bath and tepidarium. The relaxation room looks out over the marina and the Spree, and from the garden it is just a few steps to cool off in the Müggelspree. Day guests without a membership pay €28.50 for the sauna.

Good to know for your first visit

  • Be on time for the Aufguss and stay till the end if you can. If you need to leave, go before the towel waving.
  • After sweating, rinse off, then into the cold water.
  • Shower and dry off before your first round, you sweat better when dry.
  • Drink water between rounds and take your time to rest.
